Reusing the monument for the displaced

A monument to remember displaced people from the first world war one is abandoned and spatial disordered.

To revitalize this place and a to give it a new meaning the unused neglected garden is used again as a botanic garden and a space for expositions.

The new axe connects both monuments and operates as a rite du passage thru different spaces and stories

Together with the monuments plants of diplaced roots represent the displaced.
